  i wish i could give a 0 star. Unhelpful and rude staff. I took my car in because it makes a rattling, shaking noise. In a few hours they called me and said they could not figure out why it was doing that. And since my car is a hybrid they do not know how to address it and i need to take it to the dealership. They shamelessly ask me to pay the full price for diagnostic even though they did not find the problem. Excuse me? Did they not know my car was a hybrid when i come in? And the women said "yes you need to pay for the expertise for my technician even though they did not diagnostic anything." Your technicians suck at their job. No expertise here deserves to be paid. Will never return to this place and will only recommend it to my worst enemy.

  They failed the Pennsylvania state safety inspection stating they found holes in the inner side. I took both front rotors out and found no significant damage or holes in it. That could dictate new rotors. I showed them old one and cant come up with a logical explanation of what they stated. They failed my inspection because they wanted to score a brake JOB . Never again firestone. This Bensalem bussiness is being reported to the Attorney General Office.

  This Firestone is the worst I've ever been to. The mechanics don't know how to work on cars properly. Took my wife's car in for a speed sensor repair. Brought it home after the repair and it was leaking oil. That was the beginning and going down hill ever since. Took it back 4 different times and each time it was something new. The car almost sounds like a dying diesel now and is still leaking oil. New warning lights are coming on. They claim that an inspector came out and checked the car over. His find (which we didn't get the report) is that it's normal wear and tear. We went to pick the car up for the final time and now, not only is it still leaking but the windows won't go up and the turns signals don't work. Keep in mind they have had the car in their possession for 10 weeks total and we have to take the vehicle to another garage to hopefully get all issues corrected.

  Had an alignment done on my vehicle. Get it back and the upper control arms were popping and the vehicle was pulling me all over the road. Take it to another shop and the technician tells me that both upper control arms were loose (from previous alignment at Tires Plus) and that everything was out of specification. Went back to store to get my money back and the acting manager was rude and didn't understand the printout of the alignment that he gave me. Tried contacting customer support and they were absolutely useless so decided to put a review on here. The fact that the control arms were loose could have caused an accident and I feel that whoever did the alignment at this store should not be working on vehicles. The carelessness that I got out of this company should be noted.

  My car was towed to Firestone Auto Complete in Rowlett, TX on 7-6-23 to have the radiator flushed because there was oil in the radiator. I picked my car up that same day and drove home. Today I got in my car to go to the store and the car would not start because the battery was dead! The paperwork given to me when I picked up my car clearly stated that the battery had been checked and it was fine!
  Now they are saying I need a new battery! I had not read these complaints against them and I wish I had. The paperwork proves the battery was fine. Another thing I noticed when I opened the hood was that the part behind the battery was not sitting flat, in fact it was sticking up too high and I pointed it out to them!
  There is no telling what ******* things they have done to my car, but I will take them on in court if they do not immediately give me a new battery, and if I find another thing wrong I will take them to court and sue the for ALL OF IT!!!

  I got an oil change from this place in October of 22, like I have been doing with all my cars for the past 10 years. March of 23 my 2021 ***** Durango RT broke down on me. Took it to the dealership and they found that my car has been leaking oil since October from the oil filter that was not all the way secured on my engine. The damage that this has caused to my car are looking at repair cost of almost $12,000. I called to make a claim with Firestone, they sent a claim specialist to look at my car. Openly admitted that the oil filter was not secure and still denied my claim for them to cover the damages made to my car by them. Tried to call headquarters and I keep getting the run around, no one wants to take accountability for there action. I just want my car that I am paying a note on to be fix. Not sitting in my drive way collect dust because I can't afford the damages that they caused at this time. They know they're responsible for the damages and just saying screw me and my car. I don't recommend anyone use them and they should probably shut the place down because it unprofessional for you to cause the damage and not have accountability to fix the problem. Screw Firestone and this is not the end....

  Went to the one in Cicero, NY and they kept making me wait for appts, never taking me in on time. The original a/c work was done 5/23/23 and three weeks later it wasnt working right again. The manager Nick E was a joke. He wouldnt even come out of the garage on the day I had to have a part put on. I have been there way too many times for the same issue, and shouldnt have had to pay what I did when it finally got fixed right. I had an elderly parent to drive to surgery with the windows down and the thick smoke in the air, risking her health and my own. The store #is 27081 Dont go there, their very unprofessional..

  Firestone fixed my oil leak several times and never corrected the problem. Now my valve cover gasket is leaking major. I almost blew up my engine. Also my driver side axle is making a clicking sound. They repaired that last time when they fixed my oil. I’m not satisfied with the work. I need my car fixed right. Look at my maintenance history with all the my oil problems. I paid a lot of money with Firestone and my 2012 ***** equinox is not running right because they never fixed my issues. Please respond back. I need my car fixed right. Phone

  The mechanics are fraudulently damaging unrelated parts from customers cars to keep them coming back so they can generate revenue. I took my vehicle for A/C issue the first time a few weeks ago. A few days later due a cold morning I found out the heat wasnt working like it did before I took it there. I took it back for them to fix it, but two days later I found that my washer fluid sprayer is leaking and no longer able to spray onto the windshield. My car is a very well kept vehicle and Im the only driver. I dont trust this location to allow incompetent mechanics to work on my car again.

  Took my car in for a check engine light. Told me I needed a new oxygen sensor and vvt solinoids. Firestone replaced them and once they did my car would not stay running anymore. They made my car worse I took it to a different mechanic and they told me Firestone dident replace the correct part that was having issues. I would avoid this business. The manager cursed at me over the phone and told me he could not help me. To end it.. I drove my car there and had to have it towed from there after they worked on it. How sad..
