I would like complain about how this company that replace my tires before all 4 of them and i told them i wanted to keep my other tires too after replacement they never gave to me. Everytime i ask for the parts they replaced they never give to me. they seem be hiding something. I also just went today at 07/5/2023 to get my signal lights fix i went there like a month ago they told leave it until 3pm and they would fix it they want tell me leave it over night over phone to fix something something but today i came in again to ask for my signal lights be fix since i had time to get fix. I ask for work order for price and service for it to be fixed but they could not tell me and they refuse service. I even have life time wheel alignment and they literally refuse to do any work on my car because i ask for work order price and service at that moment.

dropped my corvette off at tires plus on Sat may 20 for a 10am appt to have 4 tires installed.I was told it would take a few hours to install the tires. 1:32 pm I received a call from Charlie saying that I needed a new battery, brake fluid changed and new air filter. When i explained I had recently changed the filter myself and it had only few hundred miles on it he quickly backtracked and said that he “was looking at the wrong invoice”. I approved the new battery and brake fluid work in addition to the tires. 4:30 rolls around I called and I was told there was an issue with a fuse but it would be done soon. At 5:36 they called to say my car was ready. No mention was made of any serious problems with the car.got a ride, paid the bill and am handed my keys. When I started my car all the dashboard warning lights were going off and car is in reduced power mode.I asked what was going on and the tire guy replied that he had been working on the car all day and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I asked why I wasn’t told there were problems he couldn’t answer and was surprised no one informed me.I was then told that they didn't have a mechanic there until Monday and couldn’t help. So at 6 pm on a Sat night I had to drive my car home running very rough& it wouldn't go faster than about 25 mph.spoke with Charlie May 23 and I explained how upset I was about the damaged car and the complete lack of communicationI finally had it towed to a real mechanic and found out that the tac module was damaged and had to be replaced. I was also told that tires plus had used the wrong fuse and that the amp too high. My guess is that they tried the wrong battery or the connected the terminals backwards causing all the damage. The tow and repairs ended up costing me over $1200. Since the problem occurred when it was at their shop I called June 20 to ask Charlie for reimbursement for the repair and tow. He said he would speak to his manager.took my number but I've not heard anything.

My wife a senior citizen lives about a mile from this Firestone Tire, 85 Tunnel Rd. Asheville, NC She got a screw in a tire and immediately drove to Firestone. The tire went totally flat to the rim in the parking lot. Although they were open for 2.5 more hours the manager Damon F**** told her he did not have time to help her. He instructed her to drive on the rim to another tire store down the street. She told him she didn't feel the car could make it. He didn't even offer to put air in the tire just leave. She made it to *** **** and they fixed the flat for free. I called Mr. F**** this morning to understand how he could do that to a senior lady. Patrick at the front desk gave him the message but he chose not to speak with me. Since Mr. F**** told her to drive on the rim she did and of course the tire is now ruined. She needs 4 tires due to having all wheel drive. My point is you don't treat people let alone a stranded older woman like Damon F**** did.

I think they try to take advantage of women. I was told I needed multiple parts that had been purchased 4 months ago totalling over $1000. I brought in for noise I hear when turning. They did not know what was causing so suggested all parts possible. Just guessing with no real knowledge. When I told parts were new his response was there is usually a sticker if new. So if he does not see a sticker it needs replaced. What a mechanic!

Untrustworthy. Will unplug sensors so you think you have major issues on vehicles. Management is a joke. The technicians are a joke. Corporation is a joke.

I was told my interstate battery was covered under warranty when making an appointment. After arriving, I was told they no longer carry interstate batteries and it would cost $228. Completely dishonest customer service and I will never bring my business here again. I suggest you do the same

Rude and Racist Front Desk Team, worth 0 (ZERO) star
The front desk person on the morning of 6/9/2023 around 7:45 am was by far the most disrespectful person I have encountered. I had an appointment to align the wheels for my car and wanted pickup to be sometime in the morning as well and had an appointment at 8 am which was taken 2 days earlier.
The front desk person said, "We have a lot of cars to service so I moved your pick-up time to the evening." I was asking him more questions as to why the pickup would be later and what to do next and he just starts yelling "Sir I have 60 cars to get due to Firestone specials and I cannot do your car in the morning, your pickup will only be in the evening." He was getting really rude and angry when we said we will talk to management about our appointment and Firestone headquarters and he threatened us that he will call the police on us if we record him.
I said that I will send specific details to management in an email and he goes "Yes, that was proper English, you go send that," so he was mocking my English. My daughter was with me the entire time and saw all of this happen and he said "Sir do not yell at me your teaching your daughter how to yell too." His tone was very defensive and not necessary, ruining everyone's time and morning. We would've understood what he was saying if he said it in a nicer tone or just not been so angry with us right off the bat. I genuinely do not know why someone would act this way so early in the morning or in general.
I will never recommend the 6828 Coit Road location to anyone due to racial remarks and rude front desk staff. I did not get his name because he never told us his name and kept on saying "Just get out of here have a good day." If anyone from management reads this please get back to me and I will provide more information.
But from now on, I will never be returning to 6828 Coit Rd, Plano, TX location. I would ZERO star if possible to this particular location.

On late February I took my *** to have the wheels balance. However, last week I took my car to the *** for services, and was told that one of rear passage tire is different than the other three tires. It was completely bold. When I call the Firestone shop, I was told that the do not have records of my phone number. I will not recommend this shop to anyone due to. Very unethical practices

      To Whom It May Concern:
On Monday, May 23, 2023 I went into Firestone Complete Auto Care on Stickney Point in Sarasota, FL. I had a small nail in my rear driver side tire and I was slowly losing air.
Upon inspection of my tires which are only approximately 2 years old and purchased at Firestone, I was told that the tire could not be fixed.
I was perplexed because the nail was in the middle of the tire between the raised tread and the tire was like new, I don’t drive much.
I was anxious and upset but was told they had a tire in stock. I reluctantly agreed because as a slight woman I did not want to get stranded on the road.
$183.00 dollars later the new tire was put on my car.
I immediately went to my son’s home where his dad explained that the tire could have been plugged.
My ex husband examined the front driver side tire that he had plugged over a year ago, it was still intact and I told him the nail was in the same area on the rear driver side tire.
I asked several people I know including a mechanic and a car lot. They agreed I had been taken advantage of and the tire could have been plugged.
I am very angry and feel I was taken advantage of. I’ve been a good customer but now this incident has left me feeling violated and duped.
I’ve called the corporate office and filed a complaint and also did a review when asked to do so.
I don’t think I should have been charged for a new tire when there was nothing wrong with the existing tire had it been plugged.
This is no way to run a business and I’ve lost trust in this company.
I would appreciate a response and restitution to this matter.
