      Please don't go here. Especially BIPOC. Don't trust your vehicle to these people. They'll just look and do the same stuff anybody else did previously on the car and tell you that it's acting up again. Once I had a diagnostic done, two days later they give me a huge list of lies that "NEED" repairing. I literally told them hey go ahead. I get there, they didn't do it at all, but will be very misleading. Two days later I have a flat tire, how does a tire place not check the tires? Huge red flags. Huge. Tried to do complaints, but the manager has been on vacation for awhile, or out "getting parts" for a vehicle.

      This location does competant work. Customer Service from 2 of the 3 employees is superb. The manager is incompetant and scattered. The foundations for which the businees model is formed are horribly eroded by the lack of care for the customer on the part of management. In my experience I have smelled alcohol from his breath. When an issue occurs his demeanor turns from pleasant quickly to unpleasant with little between.

      Firestone makes ******* look good. Been there 3 more times since my Alignment balance, oil change,tire rotation , and inspection. The MORON at the Downtown, Pa. Office sent me on a WILD GOOSE CHASE. ONE WAS CLOSED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES WHEN HE SAID THEY'RE OPEN. THEN HE SAYS COME BACK 5 HOURS LATER TODAY. HEY IDIOT, I LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTY. CALLED CORPORATE, SUPPOSEDLY, SOMEONE WILL CALL ME. WHEN IT HAPPENS, I WILL BELIEVE IT. GOING TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICED AT *****. SEND MY NEARY $200.

      Brought my fiances car to the Tires Plus in Eagan, MN. Krestwood Ln. for a routine oil change. We've been having issues with it ever since. Took it up there once and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Now we brought it to a chevy dealership and they said she has to get a whole new engine in it so basically it's totalled. It spews out oil. The manager said if the problem persisted then they would look at it for free. He did not honor that and told us we would have to pay to get it reinspected. Awful business. We will be trying to sue for the money.

      Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 1830 W. Redondo Beach Blvd, Garden, CA 90247, did not honor my lifetime alignment warranty that I paid for and I had to go to another autoshop and pay again for an alignment. I asked to purchase 5 tires, instead, they sold me four. I would like to be reimbursed for my lifetime alignment and for the alignment I had to pay for from another non-firestone shop.

      I had an appointment for a oil filter change service manager Peter M******* was very Rude and unprofessional because a third-party was paying for the service that I paid for prior to buying the car he did not want to deal with me because He said silver rock was a pain in the butt hard to get money from them even though his company fire stone is on their list to go to.

      Firestone - 9715 N. Sam Houston PKWY E, Humble, TX 77396-4482
      Work Order# ****** Total cost: $1,192.84
      I went to Firestone bought 2 new tires, oil change, got a lifetime wheel alignment that I will never use ever again after this, new cabin filter, and purchased brand new lug nuts for all 4 wheels. When I left my AC no longer worked. The compressor no longer comes on. I checked the low side of the AC line and it read 95 PSI. The pressure supposed to be 30 PSI maximum for my car. The low side which basically means somebody overcharged my line so my AC will no longer works, when there was nothing wrong with my AC system prior to arriving at Firestone. I spoke to one of the managers about this problem he tried to assure me that no one sabotage my car but two other customers were complaining the same day about mechanical issues with the car after they had work done at Firestone. The manager did offer to waive the AC diagnostic fee of $54 & cents, but I had to decline because I don't trust those mechanics to do anything positive with my car at this point. I wouldn't trust these guys to spit on my tire without sabotage something else. Now I have to take my car to the dealership where they're going to rob me blind.

      I was supposed to be issued a courtesy refund for work done on my vehicle over two months ago. I am still being passed to manager,area manager etc. They all say it's being "processed through the system l" but cannot tell me how long that will take or what that even means. I know it is a courtesy refund but I think it might have been the company trying to cover up bad work as my car as sat in the drive way for 2 months now non-operable. The work was for a catalytic converter but now the engine is supposedly not holding compression. I just want the company to have some more follow through from their area managers/higher ups because they are leaving their store managers to dend for themselves with no answers for the customers.
