Well this is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They are shameless scammers, in September / 2022 I took my car to check a sensor that was turning on and for a routine oil change. In October/2022, when cleaning the Drive Way of my house, I realized that my car was leaking oil. I called these shameless scammers since they had done the oil change recently, they asked me to take the car to the workshop, which I did immediately, to my surprise they call me 2 hours later to tell me that the engine gasket was leaking oil, a new engine from 2017 just 5 years old. They asked me to change the engine gasket, as I trusted them I told them yes to change it and pay for the change of the gasket more than 1000 dollars. They did the job, a week later the car continuing leaking oil. But this time uncontrollable, when I calle the once again the said bring it here you have warranty, and this time they said It's the engine filter that leaks oil. It was never the gasket of the engine, the problem started when they did the oil change, they put more oil than it needed, the oil spilled, it filled the oil filter and everything went to ****. They charged me for a job that they had done poorly at the beginning and the supervisor H******o is the most rude person I have ever talked, terrible treatment and he thinks he is untouchable, he even told me to call the police if I wanted, he did not solve anything or investigate the bad job they did. if you value your car don't take it to this place or you'll end up with a junk car parked in your garage. They are scammers and are not responsible for their mistakes. I have proof of everything I have written, there is an audio of a phone call with “Mr.” H*******. where is very rude

Back in January Firestone did a Tune up on my VW, and a month later the car broke down. It was discovered that while doing the tune-up Firestone Stripped and cross-threaded my sparkplugs. I went through arbitration with them, eventually leading to a lawsuit that was ruled in my favor .9 months later Firestone still refuses to pay the judgment against them. I have reached out to Firestone corporate multiple times, sent letters, and had the sheriff's office serve supenas to no avail. I am a disabled single mother that has spent the past 9 months without a car and had to leave my employment due to not having transportation. Do not go to any fire stone.

I came into Wheel Works Mountain View Store to ask for having a tire patched, but I was told that the tire can't be repaired, and I need to buy 4 new tires. The service advisor stopped me when I was about to leave for ****** and lied to me that ******** warranty was so bad that it only covered 2 years and was not as good as Wheel Works'.
The service advisor in Wheel Works deceived me into purchasing tires I didn't have to. The service advisor, together with the corrupt store manager and area manager were rude and indifferent to my complaint. They never apologized to me and the service advisor even called me and said insulting words to me during the phone call. His store manager and area manager told me that they couldn't see anything wrong and they believed that their service advisor did a great job selling 4 tires to me.
So stay away from Wheel Works! Especially stay away from Wheel Works Mountain View store!

I went to have my 2003 **** Explorer checkout because it was a noise coming from the back. I thought it was my brakes. After sitting there for three hours one of the manager (lady) came out to inform me my rotor needed to be replaced and it would be another 2 to 3 hours. She had a really bad attitude like I was getting on her nerve for bring my vehicle in for repair. She finally came out to tell me my vehicle was ready, but I would have to take it to get alignment. I ask her why didn't you just do it while I am here? Here statement we are really booked.
The next week I called and made an appointment because my vehicle was still doing the same. The other manager said to bring it in on Saturday at 9am. I went and they were busy so I just sit until he was finish with the person in front of me. Someone walked in and he ask could he helped them, my reply was I was next you seen me sit to wait on you. I later called him back and told him what he did was not good customer service. He ask could he get my number and call me back? I gave him my number and until this day he has not called me back. I get tired of taking my vehicles back to firestone. I want them to take that off my credit card because they didn't do the work. The sad thing is it's not just one firestone. I took another one of my cars to have an alignment and oil change in Arlington same thing vibrate more now then before I let then do it. I want them to stop calling me about a credit card payment when my vehicle is still not repaired. I am SICK of Firestone. Firestone is nothing like it use to be, they are working hard to get the incentive for month where they get money for the month, which they can buy breakfast and lunch.

I dropped off my vehicle to have 4 new tures put on. I picked it up and notice a slight shaking that came from the front. I went about my days not think much because it's a 2008 and I'm not a car person. 2 days later it got so bad It was like a jack hammer to the front of the car and worse at high way speeds. A friend told me to check my lug nuts after I explained what was going on. Sure enough my front left tire had 4 out of 5 loose lug nuts. It was so loose it took only a few turns by hand to take all 4 off. Before I knew this I had a friend blow a tire and put on a spare. I recommended this place not knowing what they did to my car yet. She had them check it out for damages and put the spare back on to wait for hers to come in. Hers started to shake as well same situation as I described. She got worried after I found out what they did to mine and had another place check it out who had her tire. AND SURE ENOUGH HER LUG NUTS WERE LOOSE AS WELL. Your a tire shop! How do you screw something like this up!! I could have completely ruined my car if it came off on the highway let alone kill someone! I've never been one to complain to the bbb but I can't imagine how many other people you have screwed over. 2 cars in 1 week. Stay far far farrrr away from this place

IF I COULD GIVE THESE CROOKS ZERO STARS I WOULD. THE TIRES PLUS LOCATION 9559 BAYMEADOWS RD. JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA 32256 TOTALLY ROBBED ME.
I CALLED THIS TIRES PLUS AND ASKED IF I COULD DROP MY CAR FOR A DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR. THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THAT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM AND TO DROP MY CAR OFF. I THEN DROPPED MY CAR OFF TO TIRES PLUS ON AUGUST 30TH, 2022.
3 DAYS LATER I REICEVED A PHONE CALL FROM THE REPRESNSTAITVE THAT THEY HAD FIXED AND TEST DROVE MY CAR AND EVERYTHING IS WORKING GOOD. THEY THEN EXPLAINED I HAVE A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON THAT NEED TO CLEAR OFF BY RESETING THE COMPUTER TO THE CAR. I TOLD THEM NO PROBLEM CALL ME WHEN THE CAR IS READY. THE NEXT DAY THE REPRESNSATIVE AT TIRES PLUS EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THEY COULD NOT CRANK MY CAR BACK UP. I TOLD THEM TO FIX IT AND LET ME KNOW WHEN ITS READY.
2 WEEKS LATER THE REPRENSTAIVE CALLED BACK AND EXPLAINED I NEED A NEW KEY WITH A CHIP TO CRANK IT. THEY SENT ME TO THEIR KEY VENDOR AND PAID $100 DOLLARS FOR 2 SETS OF KEYS. WHEN I RETURNED BACK TO THE TIRES PLUS THE KEY WOULD NOT TURN THE CAR ON.
I THEN MADE A CLAIM WITH BRIDGESTONE RETAIL OPERATIONS BY A RESPRENSATIVE THERE NAME OF JOHN TUMEY.
HE EXPLAINED HE WOULD SEND MY INFORMATION TO AN INSPECTOR AND I WOULD HEAR SOMETHING IN 48 HOURS,
I DIDNT HEAR ANYTHING FROM ANYONE UNTIL 2 WEEKS LATER THAT THE INSPECTOR WAS TO BE TO THE TIRES PLUS TO INSPECT MY CAR. ONCE HE FINNALY INSPECTED MY CAR HE SENT THE REPORT BACK TO THIS REOPRENSATIVE JOHN T****.
HE CALLED ME TODAY AND EXPLAINED TO ME THAT TIRES PLUS WOULD NOT HELP OR DO ANYTHING TO GET MY CAR STARTED OR FIX.
THEN ON TODAY I WENT TO THE TIRES PLUS TO GET A PRINTOUT OF THE DURATION MY CAR HAS BEEN ON THERE PROPETY AND THEY CHARGED ME 250 DOLLARS FOR "PREVIOUS WORK"
THAT I WOULD NOT KNOW IF IT WAS DONE OR NOT BECAUSE THE CAR STILL WILL NOT CRANK UP.
I DROVE MY CAR THERE AND HAD TO PAY FOR A TOW TO TOW THE CAR BACK TO MY HOUSE 2 MONTHS LATER.
THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE EXPERIANCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY

Brought my car to the Gainesville, FL Main Street location on 10/18/22 to check my AC for leaks and an engine inspection. Per the engine inspection ($80 mind you) they tell me they do not know what is wrong and to go to a different shop. So what did I spend $80 on? Per the AC check, I was told they found the leak and recharged my AC. On the way home I noticed my driver's side AC was not cold yet my passenger side was. I called to alert them and was told to bring it back the next day (10/19). I show up at 7:45am to be told their AC guy wasn't in today (wasted trip for me even though I was told to bring it in). I bring it back 10/21 to be told there was a leak in my evaporator and it would be $1800!!!!! Why wasn't this leak found in the first inspection that I paid for???? So $300 down the drain and my car is in the same position it was when I brought it in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! ZERO communication as I had to call each time to check the status of my car to find out they were done yet no one had called me to tell me. Horrible business practice! If I could rate it lower, I would.

I went to Firestone on Thompson Ln in Murfreesboro in Feb/March of 2021 to buy tires and get brakes done. I was paying cash rather than using a Firestone credit card. The lady in the store pitched the Resolv plan stating I would save money. This was a new plan for the store and she told me I would pay a small month for 12 months. Rather than pay $1000+, I would pay a smaller amount with the subscription. That should have been a red flag for me. I overlooked the signs. They have been drafting my account for almost 2 years for $65.85 and $20 for two subscriptions.
In June/July 2022 I noticed I was still being charged. I reached out to Firestone and Brenda wasn't sure why I was still being billed and told me to call Resolv. Spoke with Resolv and was informed that they sent a notice at the 11th month and I had to opt out to discontinue the service. I did not receive this email and was not aware of this step. I have only used the service once or twice because Firestone is HORRIBLE. They keep your car forever or have very long wait times.
The car that I have this service on was totaled on 10/13/2022. An F250 ran into the back of me at a high speed w/o braking. The car is a total loss and I sustained injuries. I sent everything to the Bridgestone Resolv dept and they said I had to either continue paying 5 months on a car that is totaled or send a letter from ***** on their letterhead and I would be required to start a new 12 month subscription when I get another car. How can you charge me another 12 months when 5 months is left.
This is unethical and fraud. I will never recommend this company to anyone. How are you comfortable taking money for a service that cannot be used. I did not receive any terms when I signed up because Brenda or whatever her name is was not experienced with the program. I have checked my emails. You all need to cancel my membership or freeze it until I find a car.

Firestone misdiagnosed my vehicle charged me over $700 dollars and I still can't drive it. I took my car to Firestone because smoke was coming from my engine the day before. I spotted coolant on the top of my exhaust manifold. So I thought " I better get on top of it . A Firestone technician called me and told me that it was the " turbo coolant line on the bottom of my car that was dripping and charge was $687 I thought " that was odd " because again I saw the coolant on top . But I said " ok no problem just fix it" . The next day I picked imy car up, then got on the highway and drive it 25 min to work. By the time I got there smoke was everywhere. I looked under the engine and coolant was spraying out of the reservoir which is located at the very top of the engine ".I don't know how they missed that " here is the leak I thought . Which explains why there was coolant on top of the exhaust manifold that's located right below the reservoir but still on top of the engine. The cost to fix the reservoir is is only a little over a $100 not more than $200. This leaves me to believe that they misdiagnosed the problem , because the " turbo charge coolant line is located underneath the exhaust manifold near the bottom of the car , making it impossible to leak coolant on top of the manifold. Which also explains the smoke coming form the engine . When coolant or any fluid leaks on a hot engine while the car is being driven , it produces smoke. Note : My thermostat never overheated which means the engine itself wasn't overheating on the inside. I took it back to Firestone the next day and they fixed the reservoir for free. I picked my car up the following day. I got in it and drove it 25 min to work again except this time it's some smoke coming from the engine and the tailpipe leaving streaks of smoke up the freeway. This is crazy . I called them and asked them " do you all drive the cars before you tell people they can pick them up " ? This is putting me

They told me Firestone has a policy of not plugging tires but I can't find any evidence of such a policy online. They also told me they couldn't patch my tire as the nail was too close to the sidewall and that I actually need two brand-new tires. They charged me full price for a tire patch without actually doing it, instead saying that it was the cost to look at it. I brought it to a different body shop and they patched it within 15 minutes and charged me less for an actual fix, not just looking at it and trying to upsell me. The other shop clearly stated that the nail was not in the sidewall.
