Was told back tires were bad
Manager even had an employee take pictures of back tires since I wanted a second opinion because they didn’t want to be held liable
Next day went to a reputable tire shop
This was a leased vehicle with 20,000 miles
Tires had many more miles of tread left- like new!!
Manager at Tires Plus said tires were ******

Had my bearings replaced on my car. They called me back 8 hours later told me the bearings they replaced it with were bad. Kept my car over night. Called the next day asked what time the guy Said they broke the control arm and had to order it so it would be late that day. I said they told me it wss bad bearing. He said i don't about that I just know they broke the arm while replacing it. So they lied. Came back later that day at close to gat my car. No paper trail of my control arm. Asked where is my warranty on the part you broke. He said you don't get one since it was free. Leave and my car was driving terrible. Went back the next day said it driving like crap. He says oh yeah we forgot yo the allignment. So waited again. When finished asked for a print out of allignment. He day computer is down. Left there with no warranty on the part the broke no record of them replacing it and car still not driving right. Called corporate for the last 3 weeks with no return phone call to date. Had my car for 2 days continuously lied too and ignored by corporate for weeks now. I feel like I took My car to shade tree mechanic not a huge company. Worse experience ever from any company big or small. My first ever complaint submitted on bbb in 50 years of my life.

It should be NO STAR rating.Horrible business, they changed 4 tires on my car and damaged either the detector or something else, so that as soon as I left the garage I had TPMS detector come up. I returned to the garage, they fixed it and few days later it happened again. I went back to the place 6 times already, every time the same thing: they fixed and few days later the TPMS detector lights up again. It is already 3 months and no one with customer complaint do anything to help it.

I am very dissatisfied with the service from Firestone on my son’s ***** CRV. Despite spending a lot on repairs due to overheating, the issue wasn't resolved. They only replaced a radiator fan without thoroughly checking the cooling system.
Communication has been poor. My calls went unanswered, and the staff disconnected during a conversation without resolving anything.
Firestone claims to support military families and college students, but my experience has shown otherwise. They have not taken accountability for their inadequate service. I advise caution to anyone considering their services due to this lack of support and transparency.

Terrible service. I dropped my vehicle off the night before a scheduled 8:30am appointment the next day to have it serviced and to have the oil changed. I talked with Glen a few times that morning about what it needed and what it would cost. After a few hours, I hadn’t heard anything so I called in to check on the status. I had to call over 3 times (each time someone said they would find out and call me back. They never did.) Then I finally spoke with someone named Claye who was exceptionally rude, condescending, had a bad attitude, and spoke to me as if I was a child who couldn’t comprehend what he was explaining (which I was very much able to do.) When he was tired of answering my questions, he just hung up on me. His behavior was unacceptable and the company should be embarrassed they have someone that represents them treating customers this way. On top of the poor customer service, they were in the process of trying to order and install new parts that were well over $800, without calling and asking if that is what we wanted to do. I won’t make the mistake of using this business again, and I strongly urge everyone else to take their business elsewhere as well.

In May 2024, I had the brakes replaced on my **** F-150 at the Annandale, VA Tires Plus store. I had to bring it back in twice more within a week for further work because the brand-new brakes were squealing. A few weeks later the parking brake assembly on my rear passenger side wheel came apart while I was driving. Not only was this dangerous, it caused a significant amount of damage. I took my truck to a ****  dealership and they had to do $4,323 worth of work to repair the damage. Because no one else touched my brakes, the work the Tires Plus store did was likely the cause of the issue. As soon as I got home from bringing my truck to the **** dealership and before they had even looked at it, I called the Tires Plus store to let them know what happened and that I would be filing a claim. The manager told me to let him know how much it cost and he would then pass it along through the proper Bridgestone channels. Once the damage was repaired a few days later, I called the store to let the manager know how much it cost me and the manager then filed a claim through the Bridgestone corporate channels. A few days later, I was contacted by a Bridgestone claims rep but he said because they did not have a 3rd party inspect the damage they would not pay out the full claim. This was the first I heard about the requirement to have a 3rd party look at the damage in order to file a claim. The manager didn’t mention it when I called (before any work was done at the **** dealership), nothing I signed said anything about it, and I could not find anything on your website that said a 3rd party was a requirement. I would argue the **** dealership could have been used as a 3rd party expert. Furthermore, I still have all of the damaged parts and offered to have a 3rd party come look at them. None of this sufficed for the claims rep and therefore my claim was not offered to be fully reimbursed.

I paid for the lifetime balance and rotation on all 3 vehicles I have serviced at this location and for at least 2 years all 3 vehicles were not charged which is shown on all my receipts as NC for all associated tire rotations and balance until now due to payment for this service. Manager Laura E******** sees this noted on all the receipts for the vehicle in question a NC(no Charge) for this service. This is only a NC if you have paid for the service. But now she has claims that they did not receive payment for this service. But cannot explain why they did not charge me for this service for the past 2 years on this vehicle. They do not give this service away out the goodness of their heart. Management failures at this location may be the reason for their turnover. I spend thousands of dollars at this location only to be screwed over on a $69 fee. The current manager at this location does not understand what customer service is.

Firestone on base at Ft. Campbell convinced my soldier his tires were 14 years old that he needed new ones. I purchased them 2 years ago at another Firestone. He spent $1,000 on tires he did not need, less than 100 miles later his front wheel came off on a busy four lane highway. The truck was towed to a shop who notified us that clearly the wheel was not properly put back on, and that we needed to contact Firestone about it. The shop stated they checked all the lug nuts, and some on the vehicle had less than 50 pounds of torque on them which is less than half of what is required. Needless to say it cost another $1,800 to get his vehicle drivable again. Firestone after six weeks concluded there was not any evidence that they were at fault. They should not be allowed on a military base if they are going to cheat our soldiers and then put their and everyone on the highways life at risk.

I went in to Firestone on Friday the 20th for a simple tire change.
My car dash only had 2 lights on. The tire light and the tpsm as I a need an alignment and that’s fine I was expecting that. Not only did it take almost over an hour to just replace 1 tire. As a worker came back they stated that a new light was on the brake light(flashing) and my vehicle was not doing that before. As I disputed they also broke my gear shift as it seems they have an irresponsible person working on it. They denied responsibility and offered the tire for free. The next day my vehicle started making a grinding sound. I went elsewhere to see what could be going on. They stated that whoever changed the tire must have jammed it too hard trying to get a lug nut off and hit the caliper. I went back to Firestone and not only did they belittle me, they made it seem like that sound was there to begin with but if it was on it would be in the notes they provided and it was not stated no where. In fact it stated that weight was needed to change as it proved difficult. Now a simple tire change 150$ turned into a 400$ part needed.

Anthony C********* are the ones that worked on my vehicle. Claiming “your vehicle is not a new car, it could’ve had rust beforehand.” All in all I had a terrible experience at this Firestone and if I could rate zero stars I would
