    Handle for a razor broke after several years of use and customer service was extremely helpful and send me a new one without any charge. Would highly recommend these products.

    I recently had problems entering a promotion code Dailywire+ and was charged full price. I emailed them and was responded to within minutes! This one was a generic one letting me know a human was going to process my request. Which they did before the weekend was over. They added the code without a 2nd question. I love a company that stands by their words. Dailywire does this!

    I canceled my subscription within the first year, back in 2021 or 2022. I didn't want it to renew because I didn't use it enough to make it worth the cost. I know received a confirmation email, but it's been over 2 years ago. The email is long gone. I recently discovered that Daily Wire had charged our ******** Card the following year, and attempted to do so again this year, as well. Though they removed the charge for this year, we are still being charged for the interim year. This is dishonest and needs to be removed. In this economy, we don't have $250+ for a subscription we never use!

    This member agreed to be automatically renewed at the initial sign-up by selecting a checkbox saying they agreed to the terms. Members simply can not sign up without taking this step which was done on November 27, 2020 to renew each year on November 27 until canceled. There was never any cancelation attempt by the customer prior to the November 27, 2023 charge in question. We sent a renewal reminder on October 27, 2023, 30 days prior to the charge, allowing ample time for cancellation before the November 27, 2024 renewal was set to charge their card. On July 22, nearly 7 months later, they called our support team for a full refund. We couldn't offer a full refund due to the time that had elapsed. At that time, we set the membership to cancel at the end of the term so that the member would not be billed again. We're sorry for any trouble this caused but have done our best to resolve the situation.

    Fantastic customer service! Quick response, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, fluent, empowered. If you’re concerned about the state of the liberally-biased media and want to know what you can do to change things, you can start by becoming a paid member of DW. Doing so will support the production of positive, conservative, family-friendly content. Conservative media voices are quiet when compared to the cacophony of every other left-leaning outlet that can drown out the rest. Supporting DW helps the right-wing voice become a little bit louder by offering an educated, fact-based, rational alternative.
